YINGTONG HENGYI covers an area of more than 9,000 square meters and has more than 360 employees, including more than 30 abundant engineers and technicians.Our company owns FPC automatic production line, with Surface Mount Technology and apparatus as well, The technology covers complete processes such as gold immersion, OSP and gold plating,which could offer various kinds of the products including single and double-sided flexible circuit boards, soft and hard combined flexible circuit boards, multi-layer layered flexible circuit boards and high-frequency impedance series flexible circuit boards.The total annual production capacity could be over 100,000 square meters. Deeply focus on electronic circuit boards for more than ten years, we become the brand enterprise in FPC industry and the products are widely used in communication mobile phones, computers and network equipment, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial control and other fields. They have been exported to many countries and regions such as Asia and Europe, and meet the needs for circuit board products from  electronics customers.

 

Our company have complex modern automatic production and inspection apparatus, including automatic horizontal VCP line, line LDI, numerical control drilling equipment, line testers, automatic screen printing equipment, large plane rapid compression equipment, high-speed target punching equipment, automatic assembly machines, automatic punch presses, complex laser machines, impo rted chip mounters, 2D, metalloscope, etc. Moreover, YINGTONG HENGYI has a complete set of central integrated dust treatment equipment and waste gas treatment equipment, established an information-based ERP management system.
